Our mission is threefold.
First, we seek to restore the beloved tradition of faith-filled, community-building pageants—starting in Utah and eventually spreading across the nation.
Second, we seek to defend individual rights such as freedom of worship and freedom of conscience.
Third, we seek to embolden Christians to defend faith, family, and freedom as we help prepare the earth for Christ’s return.
Freedom Through Christ is a nonprofit organization established specifically to manage funds for The Spirit of Freedom pageant. However, we envision it growing into a broader mission with a life of its own over time.
Our motto: "Emboldening Christians to uphold faith, family, and freedom while preparing for the return of Jesus Christ."

There is a single reference to Joseph Smith, as John Lothropp was Smith's 5th great-grandfather. In that sense, this performance can be seen as a spiritual prequel to the Mormon Miracle Pageant—though the events depicted took place long before the organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Performances will be held annually at the Sanpete County Fairgrounds in Manti, Utah.
The dialogue and singing will be performed live to a pre-recorded score.
